In these Terms & Conditions, unless the context otherwise requires, the following words and expressions shall have the following meanings:
You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account with asi300 and use our Services. By registering, you represent and warrant that you are 21 years of age or older. We reserve the right to request proof of age at any time, and accounts found to belong to individuals under 21 years of age will be immediately suspended. Any winnings associated with such accounts will be voided and any deposited funds will be returned, minus any bonuses received.
You must be a resident of Indonesia and legally capable of entering into binding contracts under Indonesian law. You confirm that you are not prohibited from participating in online betting activities by any applicable law in your jurisdiction of residence. It is your sole responsibility to ensure that your use of asi300 complies with all local, regional, and national laws and regulations applicable to you.
While asi300 primarily serves the Indonesian market, we reserve the right to restrict access from certain territories or jurisdictions at our sole discretion. If you access asi300 from a territory where online betting is prohibited or restricted, you do so at your own risk and are solely responsible for compliance with local laws.
You confirm that you are not currently enrolled in any self-exclusion program, have not been banned or restricted from gambling activities by any regulatory authority, and do not have a history of compulsive or problem gambling that would make your participation inadvisable. To use asi300 Services, you must register a personal Account. During registration, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name (as it appears on your government-issued ID), date of birth, residential address, email address, and mobile phone number. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension.
Each Player is permitted to hold only one Account with asi300. Creating multiple accounts (also known as "multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. If we detect multiple accounts registered to the same individual (identified via KYC documents, payment methods, IP address, device fingerprinting, or other technical means), we reserve the right to close all such accounts, void all bets, and forfeit all winnings and bonuses associated with those accounts. Only the original account may be retained, at our sole discretion.
All Players must complete KYC verification before their first withdrawal. KYC verification requires submission of a valid government-issued identification document (KTP for Indonesian residents, passport for international residents) and a recent selfie photograph. Additional documentation such as proof of address or proof of payment method ownership may be requested. Withdrawals will not be processed until KYC verification is successfully completed. We aim to complete KYC verification within 30 minutes during business hours (Western Indonesia Time, WIB).
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials (username and password). You agree not to share your password with any third party. All activity conducted under your Account will be deemed to be conducted by you, and you will be held liable for all such activity. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify us immediately via live chat or email at [email protected].
You agree to keep your Account information current and accurate. If your contact details (email, phone number, residential address) change, you must update them in your Account settings within 14 days. Failure to maintain current contact information may result in missed communications regarding your Account, including security alerts and promotional offers.
asi300 accepts deposits via the following Indonesian payment methods: BCA bank transfer, BRI bank transfer, BNI bank transfer, Mandiri bank transfer, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, BSI (Bank Syariah Indonesia), Bank Permata, and e-wallets including OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. All transactions are conducted in Indonesian Rupiah (Rp / IDR). We do not accept deposits in any other currency.
The minimum deposit amount is Rp 50.000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and Player account status. Deposits are credited to your Account instantly upon confirmation of payment receipt. asi300 does not charge any fees for deposits; however, your bank or e-wallet provider may charge transaction fees, which are not under our control.
Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where feasible. The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. Withdrawals to BCA bank accounts are typically processed within 5 minutes. Withdrawals to BRI and BNI accounts are processed within 10 minutes via the BI-FAST interbank network. E-wallet withdrawals (OVO, DANA, GoPay) are processed instantly. All withdrawal processing times are quoted for business hours and may be slightly longer during weekends, public holidays, or periods of high transaction volume. asi300 does not charge any withdrawal fees.
All withdrawals require completed KYC verification. Your first withdrawal will trigger the KYC process if you have not yet completed it. For security and AML compliance purposes, we may request additional documentation or information before processing a withdrawal. Withdrawals must be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in your own name, matching the name verified during KYC. Third-party withdrawals are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to request proof of source of funds for large or unusual withdrawal patterns.
Accounts with a positive balance that remain inactive (no login, no bets, no deposits) for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Dormant accounts may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee of Rp 50.000 or 5% of the remaining balance, whichever is lower, until the balance is depleted or the account is reactivated. You will be notified via email 30 days before any dormant account fees are applied.
Bonuses and promotions offered by asi300 are subject to specific terms and conditions, which are published on the relevant promotion page or communicated via email. Bonuses are generally available to Players who meet the stated eligibility criteria, such as first-time depositors, Players who have completed KYC verification, or Players who opt in to a specific promotion. Unless otherwise stated, each Player is eligible for each bonus type only once (e.g., one welcome bonus per Player).
All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements before any bonus funds or winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. Wagering requirements are expressed as a multiple of the bonus amount (e.g., 7× wagering means you must place bets totaling seven times the bonus amount). Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Typically, slot games contribute 100%, live casino games contribute 10-20%, and sports bets contribute 100%. Specific contribution rates are stated in the relevant bonus terms.
Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses multiple times, colluding with other Players to exploit bonus terms, or using betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements without genuine risk (e.g., betting on all outcomes of an event), is strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to void bonuses, void associated winnings, and suspend accounts engaged in bonus abuse. All determinations of bonus abuse are made at our sole discretion.
While bonus funds are active, maximum bet limits may apply. For example, a maximum bet of Rp 50.000 per spin or per bet may be imposed until wagering requirements are met. Exceeding maximum bet limits while bonus funds are active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings. Maximum bet limits, where applicable, are stated in the specific bonus terms.
All bets are subject to acceptance by asi300. We reserve the right to refuse or limit any bet at our sole discretion, particularly if we suspect fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, or technical errors in odds or event information. Once a bet is accepted and confirmed, it cannot be cancelled by the Player except in cases where we explicitly offer cash-out or partial cash-out functionality for specific sports markets.
Sports bets are settled based on the official result as declared by the relevant sports governing body or league. In the case of BRI Liga 1 matches, official results from the Football Association of Indonesia (PSSI) or the league operator govern settlement. For international leagues (EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League), official results from the respective governing bodies (FA, La Liga, Serie A, DFB, UEFA) govern settlement. Bets are typically settled within 15 minutes of the conclusion of the event. If an event is abandoned, postponed, or cancelled, specific rules apply depending on the sport and bet type, as detailed in our dedicated Sports Betting Rules (available on request via customer support).
Live betting allows you to place bets on events that are already in progress. Odds for live betting are updated in real-time based on the current state of the event. Due to the dynamic nature of live events, there may be brief delays in odds updates or bet acceptance. We reserve the right to reject or void bets placed on events where the outcome is already determined or where we detect suspicious betting patterns.
Casino games (live dealer tables, slots, table games) operate under the rules published by the respective game provider (Evolution Gaming, Pragmatic Play, NetEnt, Microgaming, etc.). Game rules are accessible within each game interface. All casino games on asi300 use certified Random Number Generators (RNG) independently audited for fairness. We are not liable for game outcomes, which are determined solely by the RNG or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical dealing of cards, spinning of roulette wheels, or rolling of dice.
Bets may be voided in cases of obvious technical errors (e.g., incorrect odds displayed due to a system malfunction), duplicate bets caused by technical issues, or if the underlying event is cancelled or declared void by the governing sports body. If you dispute a bet settlement, you must contact customer support within 7 days of the bet settlement. Disputes submitted after this period will not be considered. All disputes are resolved at our sole discretion, and our decision is final.

Violation of any of these prohibitions will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of all balances (deposited funds, winnings, and bonuses), and potential referral to law enforcement authorities.
While we strive to ensure that asi300 Services are available 24/7, we cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any loss or damage arising from service downtime, maintenance periods, technical failures, or force majeure events (natural disasters, government actions, internet outages beyond our control). We will make reasonable efforts to provide advance notice of planned maintenance.
asi300 Services are provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Services will be error-free, secure, or free from viruses or other harmful components. You use asi300 at your own risk.
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless asi300, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of any third party.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, asi300's total liability to you for any claims arising from your use of the Services shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your Account in the 90 days preceding the claim, or Rp 10.000.000, whichever is lower.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms, engaged in prohibited activities, or for any other reason at our sole discretion. Upon suspension, you will not be able to place bets, make deposits, or request withdrawals pending investigation. If your Account is permanently terminated for Terms violations, any remaining balance may be forfeited.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closing your Account, you must withdraw any remaining balance. If bonus funds are active, they will be forfeited upon account closure. Voluntary account closure may be subject to a cooling-off period of 7 days to ensure the decision is final and to allow for processing of any outstanding bets or transactions.

Self-exclusion periods range from 24 hours to permanent exclusion. During a self-exclusion period, you will not be able to log in to your Account or place any bets. We will make reasonable efforts to prevent you from opening new accounts during self-exclusion, but you must also take personal responsibility not to attempt to circumvent self-exclusion by creating new accounts.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with international online gaming industry standards and general principles of contract law. Where local laws apply, the laws of Indonesia shall govern to the extent required by Indonesian consumer protection and civil law.
In the event of any dispute arising from your use of asi300 Services, you agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting our customer support team at [email protected]. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days, you may pursue formal dispute resolution. Both parties agree to attempt mediation or arbitration before resorting to litigation. Any litigation shall be conducted in English and subject to the jurisdiction of Indonesian courts for Indonesian residents.
You agree that any dispute resolution proceedings, whether in mediation, arbitration, or court, will be conducted only on an individual basis and not as part of a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against asi300.
We reserve the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated via email to all registered Players and will also be posted on this page with a revised effective date. Your continued use of asi300 Services after such amendments constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We encourage you to review these Terms periodically.
